Solid waste grinder is a stand-alone solid waste disposal facility which is including grinding system, screw press system and control system. Through the electrical control system, it can achieve automation of the system. It greatly improved previous solid waste disposal process that crushing solid waste into small solid particles by grinder, then to press and dehydrate the them. 1. FS Grinder

1) FS grinder mainly consist of motor、reducer、gear box、driving shaft 、the driven shaft and cutting blades group;

2) Cutting blades which processed by the material of special alloy steel alternately overlap to form a blade group.It is installed on two parallel rotating shaft.With the opposite rotation, it does the spiral cutting so that thoroughly smash various types of large particles;

3) When a solid block, or stuck, the auxiliary controller will send a signal to the grinder, so that the blade will reverse automatically,then the obstacles will exit and re-crush to achieve intelligentized control of the whole process.

 

2.LYS Screw Presser

1) FS grinder mainly consist of motor、reducer、feeding hopper、screw with shaft;

2) Feeding hopper、shell and screw with shaft are maded by stainless steel.It can improve the corrosion resistance of the equipment;

3) Tapping pipe uses reducing discharge structure, with low power consumption and low failure rate;

4) Rational structure allows improving transmission efficiency, low noise and low energy consumption.

 

Solid waste pass through inlet (1) and enter crusher(2)the waste will be crushed and then collected by gathering funnel(3),the gathered waste will be transferred into screw conveying grinding system(4), water in the waste will be drained through conveying slot and drainage pipe(4-1),during conveying, the waste will be grinded and dewatered(4-2) at the same time. The compressed waste will be then discharged through diameter-changing outlet(5).
