Main processing material:

PP/PE plastic, PP/PE plastic farrago,waste PP bags,plastic bags,domestic plastic waste and waste agricultural plastic film.

Raw material first processed by bale opener and cleaner then convey equally to crusher to make about Φ80mm flake material , the flakes will be washed by friction washer again ,after that material will goes to high temperature boiler to get rid of oil and dirt , and then in deposit box the material will be washed by rolling wheel. Than the material goes to the surface with washing water and will be conveyed into dewatering machine and drying machine to remove water, after all the steps the material can be conveyed directly to extruding machines to make granules.
