PET material characteristics:
As we know PET is thinning material, hydrolyzing will be seen during the recycle procedure,this will reduce material viscosity,and during the extrusion ,inevitable friction and heating will reduce it again so the final granules will come out with dark color and poor transparency.　

According to this situation we successfully developed the SHJ Series parallel twin screw extruder which is specially used for granulating. We can use it to make fine granules with recycled PET material.
1.Recycled PET material with devices which can increase the IV transparency and improve crystallization speed.
2.PET recycle characteristic changing device.

1.High distortion with super power motor . PET melting material stick to screw makes big distortion.
2.Main machine screw applies low and middle rotate speed,avoiding friction heat.
3.Screw adopts easy plasticizing and transfer type.Low temperature macromolecule unit is adopted in screw .
4.Screw barrel has two vacuum exits, equipped with super power vacuum pump to satisfy air exhaust and water drainage requests.
