PET bottle label remover is specially designed to separate various kinds of bottle packing labels. It can also clean the bottles with water, it is an ideal auxiliary device to process the bottles before crushing and following procedures. Work theory:

Bottles are conveyed to the entrance by belt conveyor , the blades and the main axes form certain triangle ,when the axes is turning ,it makes the bottles goes to the exit. In the meantime small claws on the blades peel off the labels. Inner water pushes the labels through the Ф60mm net hole and out water wash them out of the machine, equipped 3TC-30 pump, used water flow to water tank can be used again and again.
